Return and Exchange Policy:
Our valued customers, we care about your satisfaction and offer you the possibility of exchanging or returning products within 7 days of purchase by contacting customer service.
Notes:
No product may be returned after removing the original packaging unless there is a visible manufacturing defect or error.
If a product is exchanged after the customer receives it, the customer will pay the shipping cost for the new order.
If the customer does not want a new product and requests a refund, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer, including the product, shipping, and any other fees. The refund will be returned to the same method of payment within 7-14 business days using the same original payment method.

The product must be unused and in its original condition (including the original packaging).
The product will be exchanged for the same value as the product available in stock.
If any product is exchanged after the customer has received it, the customer will pay the delivery cost for the new order.
Return:
The product may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The customer will bear the shipping fee of 22.41 riyals if they wish to return the product, unless the product is defective or does not match the description. Refunds will be issued after the damaged product arrives at our store and is verified in good condition. The refund will then be processed according to the payment method used. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to your wallet or bank account within 14 business days.
